Your Responsibilities as a Client

- Attend scheduled consultations or provide reasonable notice for cancellations
- Use our recommendations and insights responsibly, understanding that implementation decisions are ultimately yours
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, methodologies, and intellectual property provided through our services remain the exclusive property of Zenoralquinth. This includes but is not limited to consultation frameworks, analytical tools, and proprietary planning approaches.
You may use our materials for personal financial planning purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any content without written permission
Payment Terms and Billing
Our subscription-based model includes the following payment terms and conditions:
- Monthly Subscription Fee: RM 250 per month, billed automatically on your subscription anniversary date
- Payment Method: Automatic billing to your designated credit card or bank account, with backup payment methods available
- Price Changes: We may adjust subscription prices with 30 days written notice to active subscribers
- Taxes and Fees: All prices include applicable GST and taxes as required by Malaysian law
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate this agreement under the following conditions:
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice. We may terminate services for non-payment, violation of terms, or discontinuation of business operations
Upon termination, access to ongoing consultations ceases, but you retain access to previously provided materials for 90 days
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Zenoralquinth's liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from market conditions, implementation decisions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Indemnification Agreement
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenoralquinth, its employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of services, violation of these terms, or any unlawful activities.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes, we encourage good faith resolution through the following processes:
Mediation and Arbitration
Disputes not resolved through direct negotiation will be addressed through mediation, and if necessary, binding arbitration under Malaysian arbitration rules
Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with costs shared equally between parties
Malaysian Consumer Protection
Malaysian consumers may also seek resolution through the Financial Mediation Bureau or relevant consumer protection agencies

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All disputes and legal matters shall be resolved according to Malaysian federal law and relevant state regulations where applicable
Severability of Terms
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect without modification
Complete Agreement
These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the complete agreement between you and Zenoralquinth regarding our services
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, business practices, or service offerings. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice
Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of updated terms
